MEET KRISTY

Sports Life Coach | Executive Coach, Speaker, Author

Kristy Bidwill is a business professional, certified sports life coach, speaker, author and athlete. Growing up in a life filled with competitive sports gave Kristy the discipline and ambition to pursue her dreams. She attributes living a life of intention and purpose to her ongoing love of sports and the knowledge she has gained.

As founder and owner of Game Time Coaching, a company dedicated to helping individuals and teams elevate their game through the language of sports, she has committed her career to serving others in achieving the same results she has experienced personally. Whether she is working with athletes or executives, her goal is to give them the plays necessary to reach levels they never thought possible, finding a balance of optimal performance in both their personal and professional lives. With a strong passion for making a difference, Kristy works with for-profit and nonprofit organizations alike to provide inspiration and motivation through various speaking and training opportunities.

Kristy has been recognized as a dynamic leader receiving many awards throughout her career. Among the most notable, she was named Marketer of the Year in 2005; and in 2009, she was awarded the Phoenix Business Journal’s Volunteer Spirit Award as well as being named to the publication’s Forty Under 40 list.

Prior to her work as a coach and speaker, Kristy was a partner at an international architectural, engineering and planning firm. As a Principal with more than 17 years experience in the industry, she led their business development efforts throughout the Southwest and oversaw marketing and public relations.

Kristy’s competitive sports career has covered the gamut. She was a competitive gymnast and later coach; a competitive college cheerleader, ranking 7th in the country; a first degree black belt and two-time Junior Olympic medal holder in Tae Kwon Do. She has also swum Alcatraz, led a blind man to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, completed 10 marathons and is a two-time Ironman.

Born and raised in Kansas, Kristy moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1996 after graduating from Kansas State University with a business degree. She now lives a life of passion and purpose with her husband, Tim, their son, Morgan and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Kingston.
